FOOD LEGISLATION AND HALAL STANDARDS This course is designed to explain the legal matters pertaining to halal requirements in Malaysia. It covers the relevant acts, Malaysia halal standards and guidelines used in halal enforcement. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to understand and manage relevant halal legal issues
