Organizational Behavior (OB) is the systematic study of these interactions, exploring how individuals act, how groups cooperate, and how organizational structures influence behavior. This course examines the psychology and sociology of the workplace, investigating critical topics such as motivation, leadership styles, team dynamics, organizational culture, and conflict resolution. Students will gain the analytical tools necessary to understand, predict, and manage human behavior to improve organizational effectiveness.
